La Abadía for young people and sport

We back sport as a way to transmit values to young people: commitment and responsibility towards a project, teamwork, knowing one’s strengths and weaknesses, striving towards a common goal, accepting rules and regulations, taking care of one’s health, and more.

Sport has also proven to be a vehicle for social transformation.

We want to help meet the socio-economic needs of the local areas around us.

We are the CAVIS Santomera Women’s Volleyball Club sponsors for 2021-22.

Volleyball is one of the sports with the greatest parity between men’s and women’s competitions, both in terms of the standard of competition and its popularity, presence in the media and supporter attendance.

Our 2020-2024 Equality Plan envisages this action as a means to promote gender equality and empower women and girls through sport.
